Toddler Group
Category: First Age Group
Age: 24 months to 3 years
Timing: Full Time: 9:00 to 17:00
Part Time: 9:00- 13:00
Toddlers will make new friends and learn the concept of ‘sharing’ and ‘appreciating’; explore more words and ‘talk’ with friends; explore more forms, textures, colors and shapes; begin to hold objects more firmly; run & play; and begin to listen to nursery rhymes, music & movement.
Toddlers in this group will be assessed twice – at the time of admission and at the end of the school year.
Level 1
Category: Small Group
Age: 3–4 years
Timing: Full Time: 9:00 to 17:00
Part Time: 9:00 to 13:00
Children in this group will be introduced to alphabets; language acquisition through phonics, reading speaking & listening. Besides these, they will have lessons on cognitive, physical, creative, visual art, and socio-emotional development. They will be observing and experimenting with plants and insects in the garden. Children in this group will be introduced to Russian as a second language.
New (admission) children will have an assessment at the time of admission. They will have thematic assessments after the completion of each theme to check their comprehension. Besides, Level 1 students will have two assessments (PTM) each year.
Level 2
Category: Middle Group
Age 4-5 years
Timing: Full Time: 9:00 to 17:00
Part Time: 9:00 to 13:00
Children in this age will be introduced to more sounds, writing, and listening. They will be introduced to counting, problem-solving, critical thinking, individual, and group work through guided activities. They will have lessons on social science and science (including observing and experimenting in the garden), and physical education. Children in this group will begin to work with scissors, colors and art materials. Russian continues to be a second language in this group.
New (admission) children will have an assessment at the time of admission. They will have thematic assessments after the completion of each theme to check their comprehension. Besides, Level 2 students will have two assessments (PTM) each year.
Level 3
Category: Big Group
Age: 5–6 years
Timing: Full Time: 9:00 to 17:00
Part Time: 9:00 to 13:00
We will be preparing this group for Primary education. Language Art will be enhanced through games, practice, music and play. They will continue to learn more about Science (observation and experiment), Social Science, Numeracy and Visual-Creative Art. They will have more lessons on Russian. In order to aid Numeracy, Mental Arithmetic will be introduced in this group.
Preparatory Group
Category: Prep Group
Age 6–7 years
Full Time: 8:30 to 15:00
Children in this age will be introduced to more reading, writing, and listening. They will be introduced to writing, problem-solving, critical thinking, individual, and group work through guided activities. They will have lessons on social science, math, English and science (including observing and experimenting in the garden), and physical education. Russian continues to be a second language in this group.
New (admission) children will have an assessment at the time of admission. They will have thematic assessments after the completion of each theme to check their comprehension. Besides, Prep group students will have two assessments (PTM) each year.
